Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Elektromaschine (1), ausgebildet als Motor und/oder als Generator, aufweisend ein Gehäuse (2), einen mit dem Gehäuse (2) drehfest verbundenen Stator (3), sowie eine koaxial und radial innerhalb des Stators (3) angeordnete Rotorwelle (5), bei welcher der Stator (3) und die Rotorwelle (5) elektromagnetisch wirksame Komponenten (4; 6) tragen, zwischen denen ein hohlzylindrischer Luftspalt (7) ausgebildet ist, bei welcher die Rotorwelle (5) einen zylindrischen Innen raum (8) aufweist, der an seinen beiden axialen Enden verschlossen ist, bei welcher die Rotorwelle (5) zur Einleitung eines Kühlfluids in deren Innenraum (8) wenigstens einen radial ausgerichteten Einströmkanal (20a, 20c) sowie zur Ausleitung des Kühlfluids wenigstens einen radial ausgerichteten Ausströmkanal (21a, 21c) aufweist, und bei welcher das Kühlfluid über wenigstens einen Einlasskanal (13) im Gehäuse (2) zur Rotorwelle (5) hin und über wenigstens einen Auslasskanal (14) im Gehäuse (2) von dieser weg leitbar ist. Zur Optimierung der Einströmung und/oder der Ausströmung des Kühlfluids in beziehungsweise aus der Rotorwelle (5) heraus ist gemäß der Erfindung vorgesehen, dass wenigstens ein Einströmkanal (20a, 20c) und/oder wenigstens ein Ausströmkanal (21a 21c) die Wandung der Rotorwelle (5) unter einem Anstellwinkel (a, d , c2) radial und schräg durchsetzt.The invention relates to an electric machine (1), designed as a motor and/or as a generator, having a housing (2), a stator (3) which is non-rotatably connected to the housing (2), and a coaxial and radial inside of the stator (3) arranged rotor shaft (5), in which the stator (3) and the rotor shaft (5) carry electromagnetically active components (4; 6), between which a hollow-cylindrical air gap (7) is formed, in which the rotor shaft (5) has a cylindrical interior chamber (8) which is closed at both of its axial ends, in which the rotor shaft (5) has at least one radially aligned inflow channel (20a, 20c) for introducing a cooling fluid into its interior (8) and at least one radially directed outlet for the cooling fluid aligned outflow channel (21a, 21c), and in which the cooling fluid via at least one inlet channel (13) in the housing (2) to the rotor shaft (5) and via at least one outlet channel (14) in the housing (2) from this way is guidable. In order to optimize the inflow and/or outflow of the cooling fluid into or out of the rotor shaft (5), the invention provides that at least one inflow channel (20a, 20c) and/or at least one outflow channel (21a 21c) cover the wall of the rotor shaft ( 5) interspersed radially and obliquely at an angle of attack (a, d , c2).
