Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Optimierung der Effizienz von Kälteanlagen, wie z.B. Klimaanlagen, Kühlschränke, Gefrierschränke, Tiefkühlkost-Inseln, usw., basierend auf der Verwendung elektronisch gesteuerter hermetischer Kompressoren (51, 59) mit variabler Drehzahl. Die elektronische Steuerschaltung (46, 56) des Kompressors (51, 59) führt einen Algorithmus (49) zur Optimierung des Stromverbrauchs durch, welcher autonom, adaptiv und ohne Temperatursensor arbeitet. Dabei wird jedoch die vom Benutzer eingestellte Temperatur beibehalten und eine schnelle Wirkung beim Auftreten von Störungen erzielt, die den Betriebspunkt auf dauerhaftem Zustand verändern. Die vorliegende Erfindung impliziert einen Wettbewerbsvorteil, indem die Umwandlung einer Klimaanlage der Art Ein-Aus in eine Klimaanlage der Art Inverter ermöglicht wird, indem einfach der Kompressor (43) mit fester Drehzahl durch einen Kompressor (51, 59) mit variabler Drehzahl ersetzt wird, wobei eine elektronische Steuerschaltung (46, 56) hinzugefügt wird, die den Algorithmus (49) zur Optimierung der Energieeffizienz durchführt.
