Description

Cloth carbonation device with uninterrupted, automatic operation.

According to all known systems for cloth carbonization, in which the goods are acidified in the strand, separate manipulations are carried out in that the goods are removed from the strand on the centrifuge after acidification, then spread out by hand and only now
 EMI1.1
It is inevitable that these are acidified much more intensively and evenly, so the already known continuous operation with broad acidic acids for goods could not replace the string acidity.

The present invention aims to enable continuous machine work in cloth carbonization even when the cloth is acidified in the strand and to make the previous manual work unnecessary.

The machines used for this purpose are already known in the textile industry, but a rope spreading machine has not yet been used in the cloth industry and, precisely by inserting the rope spreader, it is possible to work continuously without human help even when acidifying the rope .

In the drawing, the new system is shown schematically and consists of a strand acid vat a, a strand crusher b, an automatic strand spreading machine c, a Breitentnässmaschinf d and the actual carbonation machine e.

The working method is as follows: The pieces are sewn together with woolen thread, then go continuously through the acid hot tub a, where the goods are acidified evenly by being pulled through the liquor several times and then gently squeezed and then freed from the excess acid on a strand crusher J . The strand then goes to the automatic strand spreader c, becomes m; t spread it out smoothly and then place it on a wide squeeze or other
 EMI1.2
Goods in the Karbonisiermascbino f carbonized.
