Sicherheitskupplung Die Erfindung betrifft eine weitere Ausgestaltung jener bekannten Type von Sicherhei) sk) ipDlungen zur Übertragung von Drehmomenten von einer treibenden auf eine getriebene Welle, bei welcher das flach prismatische Ende der einen Welle zwischen zwei mit der zweiten Welle verspannte, elastische Lamellen greift. Zweck der Erfindung'ist es, eine leicht auswechselbare Anordnung der Lamellen zu schaffen. Das wird gemäss der Erfindung dadurch erreicht, dass die beiden Lamellen unmittelbar in diametral gegenüberliegenden, nach der Seite offenen Schlitzen einer Muffe der zweiten Welle leicht ausschiebbar eingespannt und durch eine Kappe gesichert sind, die mit der Muffe leicht lösbar verbunden ist.
Die Zeichnung stellt in den Fig. 1 - 3 beispielsweise eine Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemässen Kupplung dar. Fig. 1 zeigt die Kupplung im Axialschnitt, Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie 1I - 1I in Fig. 1 und Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie 1II - III in Fig. 2.
Mit 1 ist die eine, z. B. die treibende Welle bezeichnet, deren flach prismatischer Ansatz la zwi- schen zwei Lamellen 3 passig angreift, die in diametral gegenüberliegenden, nach der Seite offenen Schlitzen einer Muffe M eingespannt sind, die mit der zweiten, z. B. getriebenen Welle fest verbunden i oder aus einem Stück hergestellt ist. Zur Sicherung der Lamellen dient eine Kappe 4, die mit der Muffe M leicht lösbar, z. B. durch Schrauben 5 verbunden ist. Der Austausch beschädigter Lamellen oder deren Auswechslung gegen härtere bzw. weichere Lamellen erfolgt nach Entfernung der Kappe 4, indem die Lamellen durch die nach der Seite offenen Schlitze herausgezogen bzw. eingeführt werden.
