Diese Spindel wird an einem entsprechend hoch gewählten Punkte von den Hebeln f und f' gefasst, welche in den Fixpnkten g und g' (Fig. 1) aufgehängt sind und mit ihren ausladenden Enden beiderseits über die Seitenwände des Wagens hinausreichen. Senkrecht auf die Bewegungsebene dieser Hebel f, f' wirken die mit den Gewichten k, k' versehenen Hebel h und h' (Fig. 1 und 2).
