b) Creating a uniform time scale (enlarging / expanding) the visual representation of the creation and processing of graphic images of the visual images of the frame until the duration of the visual representation of the frame and the duration of its sound match,

c) Determination of visualization data of the frame (aspect ratio, resolution, color, transparency, FPS, etc.),

d) Start playback of the soundtrack of the presentation via the loudspeaker and record the time-scaled visual representation of the creation and processing of graphic images of frames in their order and recording of the resulting mixture of sound and animation in an audio-visual arrangement file of the presentation on the screen.

15) Check the presentation of the presentation, assess its completeness and compatibility with the purposes of the presentation. According to the results of the evaluation:

A method for using the device for creating multimedia presentation prototypes in the scenario

"Text / Textformatting_to_Frames / Graphics / Sound / Soundformatting_to_Frames" is carried out as follows:

1) After startup, the device is switched to presentation management mode.

2) Press the "Create Presentation" button and switch the device to the presentation creation mode.

3) Name the presentation in the presentation creation mode, press the "Text editing" button and switch the device to the text creation part of the presentation mode.

DESCRIPTION OF AN EMBODIMENT The invention as claimed can be carried out as follows.

A user has to create a prototype (light version) of a multimedia presentation in order to use it for personal or professional purposes.

For example, to show a viewer of the presentation the way to an unknown place, to create simple assembly instructions for garden furniture or to send colleagues offers for the development of business processes in a department of a company.

The multimedia presentation must consist of a video track in the form of a sequence of graphic images (screens, frames, scenes) and a sound track with voice synchronization of the presentation text together with the video sequence.

A basis for creating a soundtrack is a text of the presentation prepared in advance, as well as what leads to shorthand and editing of the unprocessed, unprepared language.

The text of the presentation and the multimedia presentation itself consist of a sequence of indivisible elementary substantial fragments in an equivalent of the production technology of television programs called "frames".

Each frame adheres to its text (a fragment of the general text of the presentation), its soundtrack (fragment of the general trace of the presentation) and its graphic images in the form of a visualization process of creating and editing graphic images.

For correct perception of the presentation content, the recording of the process of creating and editing the images of the frame displayed on the screen must match in time with the text synchronization of the current frame.

In the claimed invention - unlike known analogs - a basis for creating a multimedia presentation is a sound track with the recording of the synchronized text of the presentation.

This is because the linear compression or stretching of the playback speed of the voice synchronization leads to a significant deterioration in the quality perception of the synchronized text and the presentation in general on the part of the viewer.

At the same time, the linear compression or stretching of the recording of the reproduction speed of the creation and processing of graphic images does not lead to any deterioration in the perception of quality.

When using manually created drafts, schemes and drawings as graphic images of the presentation, the reproduction of the recording of their creation and editing process can be accelerated or slowed down within long periods of time without sacrificing the quality perception of the visual content.

The synchronization of the audio and video tracks is carried out by linear compression or stretching of the recording of the playback speed of the creation and processing of graphic images until the playback duration of the visual content of the frame and the duration of the sound match.

The claimed invention is designed to be used on portable PCs (101) with touch screens (102) and is based on a visually displayed and controlled
