Kombination von Bodenbürste und Staubsauger auf einer starren Welle
Wie z. B. die deutschen Patentschriften Nr. 716273,716035, 598900, 576163, 672724, 679354, 576510, 663041 und die österr. Patentschrift Nr. 115175 zeigen, sind Kombinationen von Bodenbürsten und Staubsaugern bereits bekannt.
Bei diesen bekannten Kombinationen wird der Staub während des Bürstvorganges vom Fussboden gleichzeitig abgesaugt. Ein Absaugen von Polstermöbeln oder Kleidern ist damit nicht möglich. Bei einer anderen Kombination wird der Motor von der Bürstvorrichtung abgehoben und mit einer Staubsaugevorrichtung gekuppelt.
Diese Nachteile sind in der Erfindung behoben worden. Hier handelt es sich um eine Kombination, bei der eine normale Dreitellerbürste durch Aufsetzen eines Staubbehälters als Staubsauger verwendet werden kann, u. zw. für Polstermöbel, Kleider und Teppiche.
In den Zeichnungen ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform dargestellt, u. zw. zeigt Fig. 1 die Staubsaugevorrichtung im Schnitt, Fig. 2 die Bürstenabhebevorrichtung im Schnitt und Fig. 3 eine Gesamtansicht.
Die Kombination besteht aus einem Elektromotor, dessen drehende Bewegung über ein
Ritzel 11 durch Reibung mit dem Gummiring 13 auf die Bürsten übertragen wird. Durch die
Reibung der Bürste 21 sinkt die Drehzahl des
Motors und die Windflügel 2 welche fest mit der Welle l'verbunden sind, saugen nur mässig
Luft ein. Diese eingesaugte Luft kühlt zugleich den Motor. Die Bürstenabhebevorrichtung be- steht aus dem Schlüssel 20, Mutter 19 und Bolzen 18, welcher in der Lasche 17 eingehängt ist. Fig. 1 zeigt die Saugeeinrichtung mit drei Windflügeln 2.
Die Arbeitsweise mit der beschriebenen Kombination ist einfach. Als Bodenbürste gleicht sie einer normalen Dreitellerbürste und ist wie diese zu führen. Als Staubsauger wird durch Drehen des Schlüssels 20 das Rad 12 vom Ritzel 11 abgehoben, so dass die Bürsten still stehen. Nun wird der Staubbehälter 5, in dem sich ein Stofffilter 7 befindet, durch Schliessen 9 auf die Abdeckhaube 4 der Bodenbürste niedergespannt. Wird nun der Schlauch 22 angesteckt und eingeschaltet, so steigt die Drehzahl des Motors, da die Räder 12 abgehoben sind, und die Flügel 2 erreichen ihre volle Saugkraft. Der Staub wird nun durch den Schlauch 22 von oben herab in den Staubbehälter 5 gesaugt.

With these known combinations, the dust is sucked off the floor during the brushing process. It is not possible to vacuum up upholstered furniture or clothes. In another combination, the motor is lifted off the brushing device and coupled to a vacuum cleaner.
These disadvantages have been overcome in the invention. This is a combination in which a normal three-plate brush can be used as a vacuum cleaner by attaching a dust container, and the like. between upholstered furniture, clothes and carpets.
