Abstract

Auswerfervorrichtung für eine Spritzgießmaschine, mit wenigstens einem an einer ersten Anschlagfläche (1) angeordneten Auswerferstift (2), einer zweiten Anschlagfläche (3) und einer Antriebsvorrichtung (4) zum Verfahren der ersten Anschlagfläche (1) relativ zur zweiten Anschlagfläche (3), wobei eine Überwachungsvorrichtung (5) mit einem elektronischen Speicher vorgesehen ist, wobei im elektronischen Speicher eine das mechanische Verhalten der Auswerfervorrichtung repräsentierende Federkennlinie (F(x)) als Funktion (F) des Verfahrweges (x) der ersten Anschlagfläche (1) relativ zur zweiten Anschlagfläche (3) abgelegt ist und durch die Überwachungsvorrichtung (5) das Verfahren der ersten Anschlagfläche (1) relativ zur zweiten Anschlagfläche (3) unter Berücksichtigung der Federkennlinie (F(x)) überwachbar ist.
