Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA FABRICAR EL DISPOSITIVO DE ADMINISTRACION DE ESTRADIOL POR VIA TRANSDERMAL, QUE COMPRENDE: A) DEPOSITAR UN REVESTIMIENTO ADHESIVO SENSIBLE A LA PRESION, SOBRE UNA PELICULA FLEXIBLE, RECUBIERTA CON SILICONA, QUE COMPRENDE: A) DEPOSITAR UN REVESTIMIENTO ADHESIVO SENSIBLE A LA PRESION, SOBRE UNA PELICULA FLEXIBLE, RECUBIERTA CON SILICONA, QUE COMPRENDE: UNA COMPOSICION ADHESIVA SENSIBLE A LA PRESION DERMATOLOGICAMENTE ACEPTABLE, EN LA QUE SE ENCUENTRA HOMOGENEAMENTE DISTRIBUIDO ESTRADIOL, COMO AGENTE FARMACOLOGICAMENTE ACTIVO Y UN COMPONENTE BINARIO INCREMENTADOR DE LA VELOCIDAD DE PERMEACION DEL ESTRADIOL, QUE TIENE DE 1 A 20% DE ACIDOS GRASOS NO SATURADOS (C12-C18), O SUS ESTERES DE ALQUILO Y DE 5 A 30% DE GLICERINA O ALQUILEN (C3-C6) 1,2- DIOLES, CORRESPONDIENDO LOS VALORES A PARTES EN PESO POR CADA 100 PARTES DE RECUBRIMIENTO ADHESIVO, ESTANDO EL CONTENIDO DE ESTRADIOL EN EXCESO SOBRE LA CONCENTRACION DE SATURACION EN LA COMPOSICION ADHESIVA:B) CUBRIR EL REVESTI MIENTO CON UNA LAMINA FLEXIBLE; Y C) CORTAR LA ESTRUCTURA DE CARGAS SUPERPUESTAS ASI FORMADA, EN PORCIONES DE FORMA Y DIMENSIONES DETERMINADAS.
