Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una secuencia de ácido nucleico para detectar la planta de maíz DBN9235 y a un método de detección de la misma. La secuencia de ácido nucleico incluye SEQ ID Nº 1 o secuencia complementaria de la misma, o SEQ ID Nº 2 o secuencia complementaria de la misma. La planta de maíz DBN9235 de la presente invención tiene buena resistencia a los insectos lepidópteros y buena tolerancia a los herbicidas glufosinato, no tiene impacto en el rendimiento, y el método de detección puede identificar con precisión y rapidez si las muestras biológicas contienen una molécula de ADN del evento de maíz transgénico DBN9235.The present invention relates to a nucleic acid sequence for detecting the DBN9235 corn plant and a method for detecting the same.
