Abstract
Composición insecticida en forma de microemulsión que comprende: profenofos, lufenuron, y al menos un agente protector para lufenuron elegido del conjunto que comprende salicilato de butilo, salicilato de metilo, ciclohexanona, acetato de etilo, xileno, acetona, metil-etil cetona, y sus mezclas. Procedimiento para obtener dicha composición insecticida, y formulación insecticida para ser aplicada en campo. Reivindicación 1: Una composición insecticida caracterizada porque comprende: profenofos en concentración elegida del rango que comprende 18 a 31% p/V; lufenuron en concentración elegida del rango que comprende 2 a 3% p/V; agente protector para lufenuron en concentración elegida del rango que comprende 9 a 11% p/V; y porque dicha composición es una microemulsión. Reivindicación 11: Un procedimiento para obtener la composición insecticida de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizado porque comprende los pasos de: a. realizar la carga de dicho agente protector para lufenuron, lufenuron, y solvente oleoso, en un tanque agitado; b. cargar dicho profenofosen dicho tanque agitado, y agitar hasta obtener una solución homogénea y cristalina; c. cargar dicho agente protector para profenofosen dicho tanque agitado, y agitar hasta homogeneizar; d. mientras se agita, cargar dicho agente surfactante en dicho tanque agitado; e. mientras se agita, cargar dicho agente emulsificante en dicho tanque agitado; f. mientras se agita, cargar dicho agente dispersante en dicho tanque agitado; g. mientras se agita, cargar dicho agente estabilizante en dicho tanque agitado; h. agitar la mezcla hasta homogeneizar; i. mientras se agita, cargar dicho solvente acuoso en dicho tanque agitado; j. agitar la mezcla hasta que adquiera un color blanco níveo; k. mientras se agita, cargar dicho agente reológico, dicho agente biocida, y dicho agente antiespumante, en dicho tanque agitado. Reivindicación 13: Una formulación insecticida para ser aplicada en campo, caracterizada porque comprende la composición insecticida de la reivindicación 1 diluida en agua en una concentración de entre 62,5 ml y 450 ml de la composición insecticida de la reivindicación 1 por cada hectárea de superficie a tratar.Insecticidal composition in the form of a microemulsion comprising: profenofos, lufenuron, and at least one protective agent for lufenuron chosen from the group comprising butyl salicylate, methyl salicylate, cyclohexanone, ethyl acetate, xylene, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, and mixtures thereof. Claim 1: An insecticidal composition characterized in that it comprises: profenofos in a concentration chosen from the range comprising 18 to 31% w/V; lufenuron in a concentration chosen from the range comprising 2 to 3% w/V; protective agent for lufenuron in a concentration chosen from the range comprising 9 to 11% w/V; and in that said composition is a microemulsion. Claim 11: A method for obtaining the insecticidal composition of any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that it comprises the steps of: a. carrying out the loading of said lufenuron protecting agent, lufenuron, and oily solvent into a stirred tank; b. loading said profenofos into said stirred tank, and stirring until a homogeneous and crystalline solution is obtained; c. loading said profenofos protecting agent into said stirred tank, and stirring until homogenized; d. while stirring, loading said surfactant into said stirred tank; e. while stirring, loading said emulsifying agent into said stirred tank; f. while stirring, loading said dispersing agent into said stirred tank; g. while stirring, loading said stabilizing agent into said stirred tank; h. stirring the mixture until homogenized; i. while stirring, loading said aqueous solvent into said stirred tank; j. stirring the mixture until it acquires a snowy white color; k. while stirring, loading said rheological agent, said biocidal agent, and said antifoaming agent into said stirred tank. Claim 13: An insecticidal formulation to be applied in the field, characterized in that it comprises the insecticidal composition of claim 1 diluted in water in a concentration of between 62.5 ml and 450 ml of the insecticidal composition of claim 1 for each hectare of surface to be treated.
