Abstract
Proporcionar un método de fabricación de un elemento de filtro en el que las partículas finas que constituyen una capa colectora de polvo no se despeguen, y se mantenga un alto rendimiento durante un largo período de tiempo, incluso cuando el elemento de filtro aumenta de escala. Una capa de partículas finas que contiene partículas finas de bajo punto de fusión y partículas finas de diámetro pequeño se deposita y se forma sobre la superficie de un material de elemento de filtro mientras se aspira el material del elemento de filtro, y la capa de las partículas finas se calienta mediante un medio de calentamiento ejemplificado por un calentador de infrarrojo y un horno para sinterizar las partículas finas y formar una capa colectora de polvo.
