Abstract

Es un dosificador del tipo que combina medios capaces de conducir las semillas por un tubo de descarga, hacia el surco de siembra, de manera sincronizada, simultáneamente con el avance de la máquina, comprendiendo un disco receptor de semillas (2) montado en el cuerpo del dosificador (1), y contenido por la superficie externa (5) del mismo, en cuyo interior se almacenan las semillas; un tubo de descarga (3) que contiene en su interior una correa de descarga (18) que dispone de alojamientos individuales (15) como receptores individuales de cada semilla (9) para que sean trasladadas hacia su depósito en el surco, donde dicha correa (18) del tubo de descarga (3) es accionada por un engranaje (13); en tanto que dentro de dicho tubo de descarga (3), enfrentando a dicha correa (18) se dispone un sensor (4) apto para detectar la ausencia de semillas en los alojamientos (15). Se distingue porque es accionado y controlado con un motor (14) generador del movimiento, vinculado a uno de los componentes que lo integran, mientras que el disco de semillas (2) se vincula a través de sus dientes (11) con el engranaje (13) que mueve a la correa (18). El motor (14) podrá vincularse con el disco de semillas (2) en forma directa, o bien utilizando al menos un engranaje intermedio.
