Abstract

La presente se refiere a un método automatizado y a un aparato para fabricar sacos en forma de almohada con válvula. El aparato consiste en varias estaciones colocadas secuencialmente con el propósito de corte, plegado y cosido inferior; formación de pliegues hacia adentro; corte de bordes; plegado y cosido. La estación de formación de válvulas incorpora una barra separadora (15), un primer dispositivo (6), una plataforma plegable (19), un conjunto de prensa (13) y una hoja de soporte rígida (24), en donde el plano de dicha plataforma plegable (19) es capaz de girar alrededor de un mecanismo de giro (14) cuyo eje es paralelo a la dirección de desplazamiento de dichas piezas cortadas (1). El pliegue hacia adentro en una pieza de tela cortada se forma mediante la acción de giro de la barra separadora (15). La profundidad de la válvula está determinada por la posición del conjunto de la prensa. El método de la presente usa el aparato de la misma para producir una bolsa con una válvula.
