Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Un concentrado de composición herbicida que comprende: (a) por lo menos un herbicida presente en una cantidad (peso equivalente en ácido) mayor o igual a aproximadamente 5% en peso del concentrado de composición, en donde el por lo menos único herbicida comprende un herbicida de auxina; (b) un aceite o un éster del aceite; y (c) un agente emulsionante polimérico seleccionado del grupo que consiste en glicerol etoxilatopoliricinoleato, glicerol etoxilato-poli-(12-hidroxiestearato), polietilen glicol (PEG)-poliricinoleato, PEG-poli-(12-hidroxiestearato), y una combinación de los mismos. Reivindicación 3: El concentrado de composición herbicida de la reivindicación 1 o la reivindicación 2, en donde el herbicida de auxina es seleccionado del grupo que consiste en dicamba, una sal agrícolamente aceptable de dicamba, un éster agrícolamente aceptable de dicamba, 2,4-D, una sal agrícolamente aceptable de 2,4-D, un éster agrícolamente aceptable de 2,4-D, y una combinación de los mismos. Reivindicación 7: El concentrado de composición herbicida de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, en donde el aceite o el éster del aceite se selecciona del grupo que consiste en aceite de soja, un éster de aceite de soja, aceite de canola, un éster de aceite de canola, aceite de palma, un éster de aceite de palma, aceite de colza, un éster de aceite de colza, aceite de semilla de girasol, un éster de aceite de semilla de girasol, aceite de maíz, un éster de aceite de maíz, aceite de maní, un éster de aceite de maní, aceite de sésamo, un éster de aceite de sésamo, aceite de oliva, un éster de aceite de oliva, y una combinación de los mismos. Reivindicación 9: El concentrado de composición herbicida de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, en donde el glicerol etoxilato-poliricinoleato corresponde en estructura a la fórmula (1) en donde i + j + k = 10 a 50 y r + s + t = 3 a 12. Reivindicación 18: El concentrado de composición herbicida de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, en donde el por lo menos único herbicida además comprende un herbicida seleccionado del grupo que consiste en glifosato, una sal agrícolamente aceptable de glifosato, glufosinato, una sal agrícolamente aceptable de glufosinato, y una combinación de los mismos. Reivindicación 19: El concentrado de composición herbicida de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, en donde el concentrado de composición es una emulsión o una microemulsión. Reivindicación 21: Un método de preparación de un concentrado de composición herbicida, el método comprende: mezclar por lo menos un herbicida con un aceite o un éster del aceite y un agente emulsionante polimérico para formar el concentrado de composición herbicida, en donde el por lo menos único herbicida se mezcla en una cantidad (peso equivalente en ácido) mayor o igual a aproximadamente 5% en peso del concentrado de composición y el por lo menos único herbicida comprende un herbicida de auxina; en donde el agente emulsionante polimérico es seleccionado del grupo que consiste en glicerol etoxilato-poliricinoleato, glicerol etoxilato-poli-(12-hidroxiestearato), polietilen glicol (PEG)-poliricinoleato, PEG-poli-(12-hidroxiestearato), y una combinación de los mismos.
