Abstract

La presente se refiere a una D-aminoácido oxidasa (DAAO) modificada. En particular, la DAAO modificada de la presente tiene actividad de catálisis de la oxidación de D-glufosinato en PPO. Además, la DAAO modificada de la presente tiene actividad aumentada de catálisis de la oxidación de D-glufosinato en PPO y/o estabilidad aumentada en comparación con la SEQ ID Nº 4. La presente también se refiere al polinucleótido que codifica la DAAO de la presente, al vector y célula hospedadora que expresa la DAAO modificada de la presente, y al método de producción de L-glufosinato con la DAAO modificada y la célula hospedadora de la presente.
