La presente invención desvela además un proceso para la preparación de compuestos de fórmula (3) a partir de compuestos de fórmula (2). La presente invención también desvela compuestos intermedios novedosos de fórmula (3).The present invention discloses a process for the synthesis of 4-alkoxy-3-hydroxypicolinic acids of formula (1) from 2-picolinic acid. The present invention further discloses a process for the preparation of compounds of formula (3) from compounds of formula (2). The present invention also discloses novel intermediate compounds of formula (3).
