Abstract
Se divulga un dispositivo de escala doméstica para el procesamiento de residuos orgánicos que se generan durante los procesos de preparación de alimentos y en las actividades culinarias en el hogar. El dispositivo consiste de 4 partes: Cabezal triturador (1) que incluye una zona de inoculación, Cartucho de almacenamiento (8, 8), Tanque de lixiviado (11) y Sistema de Control (5). Dicho dispositivo permite la transformación y recuperación de su valor biológico y energético mediante un proceso que se realiza con 4 etapas: Trituración del material, Inoculación con microorganismos eficientes, Estacionamiento en anaerobiosis y Separación de lixiviados, en concordancia con las partes de dispositivo, que se encuentran ensambladas funcionalmente en el interior de un mueble modular, lo cual le da apariencia de un mobiliario estándar de cocina.A domestic scale device for processing organic waste generated during food preparation processes and culinary activities at home is disclosed.
