Abstract
Esta invención se refiere a un producto de pizza, con una parte inferior de corteza crujiente y una parte superior de producto pastoso, que comprende una primera parte de masa, denominada masa A, teniendo la primera parte de masa altas propiedades crujientes y en el que, cuando se calienta la primera parte de masa en condiciones de baja humedad, entonces la primera parte de masa mantiene las propiedades crujientes y de firmeza; una segunda parte de masa, denominada masa B, que comprende una masa esponjosa, combinada con un producto con alto contenido en humedad tal como gel con sabor como gel de tomate, en el que la segunda parte de masa captura la humedad del producto con alto contenido en humedad; y en el que después del calentamiento de las partes de masa primera y segunda, la segunda parte de masa, el producto con alto contenido en humedad e ingredientes adicionales se colocan sobre la primera parte de masa para formar el producto de pizza. La invención también incluye un recipiente de embalaje para el producto de pizza, así como un procedimiento de entrega que permite entregar las pizzas desde una estación de entrega central, sin necesidad de tener una o varias ubicaciones de procesamiento (por ejemplo, una cadena de tiendas físicas) para preparar y/o cocinar el producto de pizza.
