Abstract

Un método para producir macrófagos de cerdo no transformados de replicación continua, que comprende cultivar una preparación celular a partir de un órgano obtenido de un cerdo en un medio de cultivo al que se le ha añadido GM-CSF, diferenciando de este modo la población celular en macrófagos no transformados autorrenovables. Reivindicación 1: Un método para producir macrófagos de cerdo no transformados de replicación continua, que comprende cultivar una preparación celular a partir de un órgano obtenido de un cerdo en un medio de cultivo al que se le ha añadido GM-CSF, diferenciando de este modo la población celular en macrófagos no transformados autorrenovables. Reivindicación 7: Macrófagos obtenibles mediante el método de cualquier Reivindicación anterior. Reivindicación 14: Un método para producir macrófagos de cerdo no transformados de replicación continua, que comprende: cultivar células de cerdo con GM-CSF con el fin de diferenciar macrófagos; y seleccionar macrófagos flotantes y transferirlos a un cultivo de células alimentadoras.
