Abstract
Se presentan las proteínas pesticidas que exhiban actividad tóxica contra las especies plaga de Coleoptera, Lepidoptera, Hemiptera y Thysanopteran, incluidas, entre otras, TIC6280, TIC6281, TIC6282, TIC6283, TIC8808, TIC9480, TIC9257, TIC7106, TIC7017, TIC7107, TIC7108, TIC7109, TIC7110, TIC7111, TIC7589, TIC9258 y TIC9259. Se brindan las creaciones de ADN que contienen una secuencia de ácido nucleico recombinante que codifica las proteínas pesticidas provistas. Se brindan plantas transgénicas, células de plantas, semillas y partes de plantas resistentes a invasiones de Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, Hemiptera y Thysanopteran que contienen secuencias de ácido nucleico recombinante que codifican las proteínas pesticidas presentadas. Los métodos para detectar la presencia de secuencias de ácido nucleico recombinante o la proteína de la presente invención en una muestra biológica, y asimismo se brindan los métodos para controlar las plagas de las especies Coleoptera, Lepidoptera, Hemiptera y Thysanopteran por medio de las proteínas pesticidas presentadas.
