Abstract

Métodos de supresión de nematodos. Además, métodos para aumentar el rendimiento de una planta sensible a nematodos. Reivindicación 1: Un método para suprimir una población de nematodos en un locus, caracterizado porque comprende: cultivar una planta resistente a nematodos en un locus, en donde el cultivo de la planta resistente a nematodos suprime una población de nematodos en el locus o mantiene la supresión de la población de nematodos en el locus a lo largo de un período de tiempo durante y/o después del cultivo de la planta resistente a nematodos. Reivindicación 14: Un método para aumentar el rendimiento de una planta sensible a nematodos caracterizado porque comprende: cultivar una planta resistente a nematodos en un locus al menos una temporada de cultivo antes de plantar la planta sensible a nematodos; y cultivar una planta sensible a nematodos en el locus al menos una temporada de cultivo posterior al cultivo de la planta resistente a nematodos.
