Abstract
La presente invención proporciona, entre otras cosas, un proceso para producir un compuesto de fórmula (1) donde los sustituyentes son tal como se definen en la reivindicación 1. La presente invención proporciona además compuestos intermedios utilizados en dicho proceso y métodos para producir dichos compuestos intermedios. Reivindicación 1: Un proceso para preparar un compuesto de fórmula (1) o una sal del mismo, en donde R¹ es cicloalquilo C₃-C₇; comprendiendo dicho proceso: hacer reaccionar un compuesto de fórmula (2) con un compuesto de fórmula (3) donde R¹ᵃ es cicloalquilo C₃-C₇ y X es halógeno o hidroxilo; o R¹ᵃ es cicloalquenilo C₃-C₇ y X es hidrógeno; en presencia de un ácido para proporcionar un compuesto de fórmula (1). Reivindicación 11: Un proceso según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 10, donde el compuesto de fórmula (1) se hace reaccionar adicionalmente con un compuesto de fórmula (4), donde Y se selecciona del grupo que consiste en halógeno, CF₃S(O)₂O-, (p-tolil)S(O)₂O- y CH₃S(O)₂O- y R² es hidrógeno o alquilo C₁-C₆; para proporcionar un compuesto de fórmula (5), donde R¹ tal como se define en las reivindicaciones 1, 2 ó 4 y R² es tal como se definió anteriormente. Reivindicación 13: Un proceso según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 10, donde el compuesto de fórmula (1) se convierte además en un compuesto de fórmula (6) donde R¹ es tal como se define en las reivindicaciones 1, 2 ó 4. Reivindicación 14: Un proceso según la reivindicación 11 ó 12, donde el compuesto de fórmula (5) se convierte además en un compuesto de fórmula (6) donde R¹ es tal como se define en las reivindicaciones 1, 2 ó 4. Reivindicación 16: Uso de un compuesto de fórmula (1), donde R¹ es tal como se define en las reivindicaciones 1, 2 ó 4, para preparar un compuesto de fórmula (6).
