The formulation may further include a deodorant that provides the formulation with the ability to perform four functions simultaneously in application to an inanimate object, ie, disinfect, descale, clean (eg, with a detergent), and deodorize. A colorant can also be included in the formulation. Preferably, the formulation is configured to leave substantially no residue on the inanimate object after treatment of the inanimate object. Concentrated formulations are intended to be used in a certain concentration of a dilute solution that forms a ready-to-use solution. The ready-to-use solution can range from a minimum of 0.1% by weight of the concentrated formulation to even 100% by weight of the concentrated formulation, depending on the required removal rate and the required cleaning performance.
