Abstract
Un proceso para producir soluciones acuosas de poliacrilamida mediante polimerización de una solución acuosa que comprende al menos acrilamida, para obtener un gel acuoso de poliacrilamida, y mediante disolución de dicho gel acuoso de poliacrilamida en agua, en donde las etapas de elaboración se distribuyen en dos ubicaciones diferentes A y B, y el proceso comprende la etapa de transportar un gel acuoso de poliacrilamida mantenido en una unidad de polimerización transportable de una ubicación A a una ubicación B. Una planta modular y reubicable para elaborar soluciones acuosas de poliacrilamida en donde las unidades de la planta se distribuyen en dos ubicaciones diferentes A y B. Reivindicación 42: Una planta modular y reubicable para elaborar soluciones acuosas de poliacrilamida mediante polimerización de una solución acuosa, que comprende al menos acrilamida para obtener un gel acuoso de poliacrilamida, y mediante disolución de dicho gel acuoso de poliacrilamida en un líquido acuoso, caracterizada porque comprende al menos, en una ubicación A, una unidad de almacenamiento reubicable para una solución acuosa de acrilamida, unidades de almacenamiento opcionalmente reubicables para monómeros hidrosolubles monoetilénicamente insaturados diferentes de acrilamida, una unidad de almacenamiento reubicable para iniciadores de polimerización, una unidad de preparación de monómeros reubicable para preparar una solución acuosa de monómero que comprende al menos agua y acrilamida, en una ubicación B, una unidad de desmenuzamiento reubicable para desmenuzar el gel acuoso de poliacrilamida en piezas de gel acuoso de poliacrilamida, una unidad de disolución reubicable para la disolución de piezas de gel acuoso de poliacrilamida en fluidos acuosos, en las ubicaciones A o B, una unidad de polimerización transportable para polimerizar la solución acuosa de monómero en presencia de iniciadores de la polimerización y para transportar el gel acuoso de poliacrilamida formado mediante polimerización de la ubicación A a la ubicación B.
