Abstract
La presente provee anticuerpos que se unen específicamente a transtiretina (TTR). Los anticuerpos pueden ser utilizados para tratar o efectuar la profilaxis de enfermedades o trastornos asociados con acumulación de TTR o acumulación de depósitos de TTR (por ej. amiloidosis por TTR). The antibodies can be used to treat or effect prophylaxis of diseases or disorders associated with accumulation of TTR or accumulation of TTR deposits (eg, TTR amyloidosis). Antibodies can also be used to diagnose TTR amyloidosis and inhibit or reduce TTR aggregation, and to monitor the efficacy of TTR therapies, among other applications.
