Abstract

Dispositivo de entrega de partículas sólidas bajo demanda, aplicada a una máquina agrícola. Incluye uno fuente de aire a presión (12), un distribuidor (11) de partículas sólidas “S”, una tolva (10) cuyo fondo alimenta partículas sólidas “S” al distribuidor y una placa (31) permeable al pasaje del aire y sobre la cual asientan dichas partículas “S”. El interior del distribuidor (11) presenta un canal superior (28) y un canal inferior (29), superpuestos verticalmente y separados entre sí. El canal superior finaliza en una pared vertical (30) que desde el fondo del distribuidor, apoya contra el borde de la placa (31) y se prolonga por encima de la misma definiendo un coronamiento o borde libre (32) que determina un pasaje con una segunda pared (10, 10a). La segunda pared (10a) prolongada hacia abajo, sustancialmente paralela y separada de la primer pared vertical (30) conforma una cámara vertical (33). La salida (26) de los conductos (24) definen el segundo pasaje (29) comunicante en (26) con dicha cámara vertical (33); la boca de salida (26) de los primeros conductos (24) del segundo pasaje (29) enfrentan segundos conductos (35) axialmente alineados con (24) y la boca de entrada (34) de (35) coincide con la segunda pared vertical (10a), El caudal de aire “C” que penetra al distribuidor (11) es dividido en dos corrientes de aire, una superior (Cs) y la otra inferior (Ci), ingresando a dicho canal superior la (Cs), mientras que la corriente (Ci) al primer conducto (24). El primer canal (28) posee medios de registro (37) del caudal de la primera corriente (Cs), siendo la misma pasante a través de la placa cribada. Las semillas “S” son impulsadas por “Cs” por encima del coronamiento (32), caen dentro de la cámara vertical (33) y son tomadas y arrastradas por la corriente (Ci) acelerada.
