Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Una nano-emulsión pesticida que comprende: (a) un aceite de horticultura como ingrediente activo; (b) una mezcla de ingredientes inertes que comprenden: (i) un emulsionante; (ii) un estabilizador; y (iii) un surfactante; y (c) un solvente, en donde el aceite de horticultura se dispersa en forma de gotitas en el solvente para formar la nano-emulsión. Reivindicación 2: La nano-emulsión pesticida de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, en donde las gotitas comprenden un tamaño promedio en un rango de 50 nm a 350 nm. Reivindicación 4: La nano-emulsión pesticida de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones que anteceden, en donde el estabilizador se encuentra en un rango de concentración del 0,5% al 5,0% p/p de la nano-emulsión pesticida. Reivindicación 5: La nano-emulsión pesticida de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones que anteceden, en donde la mezcla de los ingredientes inertes además comprende un agente de adhesión en un rango de concentración del 0,25% al 3,00% p/p de la nano-emulsión pesticida. Reivindicación 16: Una formulación de pesticida que comprende una cantidad efectiva de al menos un pesticida y una nano-emulsión adyuvante que comprende: (a) aceite de horticultura como ingrediente activo; (b) una mezcla de ingredientes inertes que comprenden: (i) un emulsionante, (ii) un estabilizador; y (iii) un surfactante; y (c) un solvente, en donde el aceite de horticultura se dispersa en forma de gotitas en el solvente para formar la nano-emulsión adyuvante.Claim 1: A pesticidal nano-emulsion comprising: (a) a horticultural oil as an active ingredient; (b) a mixture of inert ingredients comprising: (i) an emulsifier; (ii) a stabilizer; and (iii) a surfactant; and (c) a solvent, wherein the horticultural oil is dispersed as droplets in the solvent to form the nano-emulsion. Claim 2: The pesticidal nano-emulsion according to claim 1, wherein the droplets comprise an average size in a range of 50 nm to 350 nm. Claim 4: The pesticidal nano-emulsion according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the stabilizer is in a concentration range of 0.5% to 5.0% w / w of the pesticidal nano-emulsion. Claim 5: The pesticidal nano-emulsion according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the mixture of the inert ingredients further comprises an adhesion agent in a concentration range of 0.25% to 3.00% w / w of the pesticide nano-emulsion. Claim 16: A pesticide formulation comprising an effective amount of at least one pesticide and an adjuvant nano-emulsion comprising: (a) horticultural oil as an active ingredient; (b) a mixture of inert ingredients comprising: (i) an emulsifier, (ii) a stabilizer; and (iii) a surfactant; and (c) a solvent, wherein the horticultural oil is dispersed as droplets in the solvent to form the adjuvant nano-emulsion.
