Abstract
Un aparato y método relacionados con la primera etapa de separación por gravedad de líquido y arena de una corriente de fluido gaseosa en una porción superior de un recipiente de desarenado, separación de arena del gas a lo largo de una trayectoria anular alrededor de una carcasa, el gas libre de arena dirigido hacia abajo en la carcasa a una salida de fluido para su eliminación como una corriente de producto. Una segunda etapa de separación por gravedad de la arena del líquido acumulado se produce en una sección inferior del recipiente. Una etapa final opcional o de pulido del líquido es la conducta utilizando un filtro. Un filtro de placas apiladas puede extender una abertura de entrada de la salida de fluido en el líquido acumulado. Además, las placas de filtro pueden configurarse con filtrado paralelo de separación de gas / líquido para la entrada de gas por encima, y con separación de líquido / arena por debajo, incluyendo el manejo de la presión de la operación del filtro.
