Abstract
La presente proporciona un método de bioconjugación y compuestos para uso en el mismo. El método de bioconjugación comprende la etapa de conjugar una molécula biológica que contiene un primer grupo funcional no saturado con una carga útil que comprende un segundo grupo funcional no saturado, en el que el primero y segundo grupos funcionales no saturados son complementarios entre sí de tal manera que la conjugación es una reacción de dichos grupos funcionales a través de una reacción Diels-Alder que forma un anillo ciclohexeno. Composición farmacéutica; aminoácido no natural; polipéptido; molécula biológica.
