Abstract
Un sistema fotovoltaico conectado a red está constituido por el generador fotovoltaico, el inversor y la red de distribución eléctrica a la que se acopla. Este proceso incorpora una fuente de intensidad, en forma paralelo con el generador fotovoltaico, con el objeto principal de aprovechar al máximo, las potencialidades de conversión de los inversores fotovoltaicos para conexión a red. La foto-generación emulada por esta fuente de intensidad, es producida en el generador fotovoltaico y que a su vez es implementada mediante un convertidor estático de energía eléctrica externo a todo el sistema fotovoltaico, que es el que transforma la señal de tensión de otra fuente de generación, que es la creada por este generador secundario y con un resultado de crear una señal de corriente constante. El máximo valor de potencia que podrá proporcionar esta fuente de intensidad quedará limitado en primer lugar por la potencia máxima admitida por el inversor y en segundo por la máxima capacidad de generación del generador secundario.
