Abstract
Una composición, que comprende: a) un compuesto que se selecciona del grupo que consiste en maltosa, glicerol, un aminoácido, un oligopéptido o una mezcla de uno o más de estos, en un contenido del 5 al 75% en peso del peso total de a) - d), b) glucosa en un contenido menor de 1/2 del contenido de maltosa y en un contenido total menor del 5% en peso del peso total de a) - d), c) moléculas de glucano de DP 3 y DP 4, tomadas en conjunto, en un contenido menor de 1/2 del contenido de maltosa, d) moléculas de glucano de DP>4 en un contenido para dar el 100% en peso junto con a), b) y c), en la que moléculas de glucano de DP>10 están presentes en una cantidad del 15 - 80% en peso del peso total de a) - d), moléculas de glucano de DP>24 están presentes en una cantidad del 2 - 60% en peso del peso total de a) - d), moléculas de glucano de DP>55 están presentes en una cantidad de menos del 15% en peso del peso total de a) - d). Un método para producirlo y sus uso como un medicamento o para usar en terapia, particularmente en diálisis peritoneal. Reivindicación 15: Una composición acuosa líquida, que comprende la composición de una o más de las reivindicaciones 1 - 14 y agua. Reivindicación 16: La composición acuosa líquida de la reivindicación 14, que tiene una osmolalidad de 280 a 450 mosm/kg. Reivindicación 18: La composición de una o más de las reivindicaciones 1 - 14, o la composición acuosa líquida de una o más de las reivindicaciones 15 - 16, para usar como líquido o solución terapéuticos peritoneales, líquido o solución de diálisis, particularmente líquido o solución de diálisis peritoneal, solución gastroenterológica, tal como soluciones de limpieza del tracto digestivo, solución nutricional, infusión nutricional, solución de administración de fármaco, solución desintoxicante, preparación de sustituto o aditivo fisiológica, en particular para fluidos corporales fisiológicos, más particularmente como sustituto o adición de sangre, plasma, suero o fluidos corporales intersticiales, solución reductora de adhesión después de la cirugía, solución para enema, laxante, agente osmótico, particularmente conductor osmótico, dietética infantil, agente con citotoxicidad reducida, o en el tratamiento de enfermedades renales.
