Abstract

El objeto de la presente memoria se refiere a una formulación plaguicida estable que exhibe dispersabilidad mejorada en agua fría y compatibilidad total con fertilizantes. Reivindicación 1: Una formulación sólida estable, autodispersable y de baja formación de espuma caracterizada porque comprende: (a) una cantidad efectiva de un plaguicida (b) una cantidad efectiva de un agente antiespumante; y (c) una cantidad efectiva de un sistema efervescente. Reivindicación 3: La formulación de la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizada porque la formulación comprende además un sistema disipador. Reivindicación 6: La formulación de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 3 - 5, caracterizada porque el sistema disipador comprende al menos un agente dispersante y al menos un agente humectante. Reivindicación 9: La formulación de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 6 - 8, caracterizada porque el agente dispersante es un tensioactivo poco espumante. Reivindicación 10: La formulación de la reivindicación 9, caracterizada porque el tensioactivo de baja formación de espuma se selecciona de condensado de alquilnaftaleno sulfonato formaldehído, alcohol alcoxilado, tensioactivo de silicona, naftalenosulfonato de metilo condensado, sal sódica, etoxilato de alcohol graso, poliacrilato modificado hidrófobamente, lignosulfonatos y mezclas de los mismos. Reivindicación 12: La formulación de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 6 - 11, caracterizada porque los agentes humectantes se seleccionan de alquilnaftaleno sulfonato de sodio, ácido fenolsulfónico, formaldehído policondensado, lauril sulfato de sodio, éter de butilo polialcoxilado, fosfato de poliarilfenil éter y mezclas de los mismos. Reivindicación 18: La formulación de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 17, caracterizada porque el sistema efervescente comprende un ácido débil y una base débil. Reivindicación 29: La formulación de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 28, caracterizada porque el plaguicida se selecciona del grupo que comprende fungicidas, insecticidas, herbicidas y nematicidas y cualquier combinación de los mismos. Reivindicación 53: Una formulación sólida caracterizada porque comprende: a) un fungicida o un insecticida en una cantidad de al menos 25% en peso basado en el peso total de la formulación, b) un agente antiespumante en una cantidad de al menos 0,5% en peso basado en el peso total de la formulación, y c) un sistema efervescente en una cantidad de al menos 1% en peso basado en el peso total de la formulación. Reivindicación 58: Un método para controlar o prevenir una enfermedad causada por hongos fitopatógenos en plantas o material de propagación del mismo, caracterizado porque comprende poner en contacto las plantas, su emplazamiento o material de propagación con una cantidad efectiva de la formulación o composición de uso final de una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 57. Reivindicación 63: Un método de preparación de una formulación sólida estable, autodispersable y de baja formación de espuma caracterizado porque comprende: (i) mezclar una cantidad efectiva de plaguicida, una cantidad efectiva de agente antiespumante sólido y un sistema efervescente; y (ii) granular la mezcla para obtener gránulos.
