Abstract
La presente se relaciona con métodos para preparar benzoxaboroles. Los compuestos benzoxaboroles han demostrado ser una promesa como agentes antimicrobianos, especialmente contra los patógenos fúngicos. La misma también se relaciona con composiciones de ésteres de ácido alcoxi borónico acíclicos como compuestos intermedios y procesos de flujo continuo de mezclar los compuestos intermedios con organomagnesio, magnesio u organolitio. Reivindicación 1: Un proceso de flujo continuo que comprende mezclar un compuesto de la fórmula (1) con un reactivo de organomagnesio, magnesio u organolitio para producir un compuesto de la fórmula (2) o una sal agrícola o farmacéuticamente aceptable de él, en donde: X es hidrógeno, flúor, cloro, bromo o un resto de fórmula (3); cada uno de Z y W es independientemente hidrógeno o OR³ en donde R³ es un hidrocarbilo C₁₋₅; Y es bromo o yodo; y R² se selecciona del grupo que consiste en: isopropilo, metilo, etilo, n-propilo, sec-butilo, terc-butilo y n-butilo o dos grupos de R² tomados junto con el átomo de boro forman un anillo.
