Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Una composición farmacéutica o dietética en forma de una cápsula de gelatina blanda o softgel, que comprende: (a) una o más vitaminas, en donde las vitaminas incluyen vitamina C, y en donde dicha vitamina C está presente como al menos como una sal de ascorbato con 85% de pureza, en el que dicho porcentaje se calcula determinando la cantidad de sal de ascorbato sobre la cantidad total de la suma de sal de ascorbato y ácido ascórbico presentes en la composición y, de un modo opcional, (b) uno o más minerales, y (c) un vehículo farmacéutica o dietéticamente adecuado, tales como los nutrientes DHA o EPA. Reivindicación 9: La composición farmacéutica o dietética de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, caracterizada porque la composición comprende, además, las siguientes vitaminas: vitamina A (tal como b-caroteno), vitamina B1 (tal como una sal de tiamina), vitamina B2 (tal como Riboflavina), vitamina B3 (tal como nicotinamida), vitamina B5 (tal como sal de pantotenato), vitamina B6 (tal como sal de piridoxina), vitamina B12 (tal como cianocobalamina), vitamina D3 (tal como colecalciferol), vitamina E (acetato de DL-a-tocoferilo), vitamina B9 (tal como ácido fólico o ácido metafolínico) y vitamina H (tal como biotina) y en donde la composición comprende, además, los siguientes minerales: hierro (con preferencia, como fumarato ferroso), yoduro (con preferencia, como yodato de potasio), magnesio (con preferencia, como óxido de magnesio), zinc (con preferencia, como óxido de zinc), selenito (con preferencia, como selenito de sodio) y cobre (con preferencia, como sulfato de cobre).
