Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Formulación agroquímica que comprende: a) uno o más ingredientes activos, b) uno o más agentes de difusión, c) uno o más agentes potenciadores de la absorción, d) uno o más aditivos de resistencia a la lluvia, e) otros formuladores, f) uno o más portadores para completar el volumen, donde b) está presente en 5 g/L a 250 g/L. Reivindicación 2: Formulación agroquímica según la reivindicación 1, donde b) se selecciona del grupo que comprende heptametiltrisiloxanos modificados con óxido de polialquileno, dioctilsulfosuccinato, etoxilatos de alcohol y diacetilendioles etoxilados con 1 a 6 EO, preferentemente del grupo que comprende heptametiltrisiloxanos modificados con óxido de polialquileno, dioctilsulfosuccinato y diacetilendioles etoxilados con 1 a 6 EO. Reivindicación 3: Formulación agroquímica según las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, donde d) es un polímero de emulsión o dispersión de polímero con una Tg en el rango de -100ºC a 30ºC, donde dicho polímero es un copolímero de un acrilato y un estireno, donde dicho acrilato se selecciona del grupo que consiste en acrilato de 2-etil-hexilo, acrilato de butilo, acrilato de butilo secundario, acrilato de etilo, acrilato de metilo, ácido acrílico, acrilamida, acrilato de isobutilo, metacrilato de metilo o combinaciones de estos y dicho estireno se selecciona del grupo que consiste en estireno, terbutil estireno, para- metil estireno o combinaciones de estos. Reivindicación 4: La formulación agroquímica según una o más de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, donde c) se selecciona del grupo que comprende fosfato de tris (2-etilhexilo), ésteres metílicos del aceite de colza, alcoholes de coco etoxilados, alcoholes ramificados etoxilados, alcoholes propoxi-etoxilados, los monoésteres o diésteres etoxilados de glicerina que incluyen ácidos grasos con 8 a 18 átomos de carbono y un promedio de 10 a 40 unidades EO, ácido oleico etoxilado y aceites minerales. Reivindicación 9: Formulación agroquímica según una o más de las reivindicaciones 1 a 8, donde el ingrediente activo se selecciona del grupo que consiste en trifloxistrobinam bixafen, protioconazol, inpirfluxam, isoflucipram, fluopicolida, fluopiram, fluoxapiprolin, isotianil, tebuconazol, espirotetramato, tetraniliprol, etiprol, imidacloprid y triafamona. Reivindicación 10: Formulación agroquímica según una o más de las reivindicaciones 1 a 9, donde el componente e) comprende al menos un tensioactivo no iónico y/o tensioactivo iónico (e1), un modificador reológico (e2), una sustancia antiespumante (e3) y al menos un agente anticongelante (e4). Reivindicación 13: Método de aplicación de un compuesto de agroquímico según una o más de las reivindicaciones 1 a 12 en cultivos, donde la formulación se aplica a un volumen de pulverización de entre 1 L/ha y 20 L/ha, preferentemente entre 2 L/ha y 15 L/ha y más preferentemente entre 5 L/ha y 15 L/ha. Reivindicación 17: El uso de una composición agroquímica según una o más de las reivindicaciones 1 a 10 en la aplicación de los compuestos agroquímicos para el control de organismos nocivos, donde la composición se aplica mediante un UAV, UGV, PWM. Reivindicación 18: Método de control de organismos nocivos que comprende no solo el contacto con el organismo nocivo, su hábitat, sus huéspedes tales como plantas y semillas, y el suelo, el área y el medioambiente en que crecen o podrían crecer, sino también materiales, plantas, semillas, suelo, superficies o espacios que deben estar protegidos del ataque o la infestación de organismos nocivos para las plantas, con una cantidad eficaz de las formulaciones según una o más de las reivindicaciones 1 a 12, caracterizado porque la composición se aplica con un UAV, UGV, PWM.Claim 1: Agrochemical formulation comprising: a) one or more active ingredients, b) one or more diffusion agents, c) one or more absorption enhancing agents, d) one or more rain resistance additives, e) other formulators, f) one or more carriers to make up the volume, where b) is present at 5 g/L to 250 g/L. Claim 4: The agrochemical formulation according to one or more of claims 1 to 3, wherein c) is selected from the group comprising tris(2-ethylhexyl) phosphate, rapeseed oil methyl esters, ethoxylated coconut alcohols, ethoxylated branched alcohols , propoxy-ethoxylated alcohols, the ethoxylated monoesters or diesters of glycerin including fatty acids with 8 to 18 carbon atoms and an average of 10 to 40 EO units, ethoxylated oleic acid and mineral oils. Claim 9: Agrochemical formulation according to one or more of claims 1 to 8, wherein the active ingredient is selected from the group consisting of trifloxystrobinam bixafen, prothioconazole, inpirfluxam, isoflucipram, fluopicolide, fluopyram, fluoxapiprolin, isotianil, tebuconazole, spirotetramate, tetraniliprole, ethiprol, imidacloprid and triafamone. Claim 10: Agrochemical formulation according to one or more of claims 1 to 9, wherein component e) comprises at least one nonionic and/or ionic surfactant (e1), a rheological modifier (e2), an antifoam substance (e3) and at least one antifreeze agent (e4). Claim 13: Method of applying an agrochemical compound according to one or more of claims 1 to 12 in crops, where the formulation is applied at a spray volume of between 1 L/ha and 20 L/ha, preferably between 2 L /ha and 15 L/ha and more preferably between 5 L/ha and 15 L/ha. Claim 17: The use of an agrochemical composition according to one or more of claims 1 to 10 in the application of agrochemical compounds for the control of harmful organisms, where the composition is applied by means of a UAV, UGV, PWM. Claim 18: Method of control of harmful organisms that includes not only contact with the harmful organism, its habitat, its hosts such as plants and seeds, and the soil, the area and the environment in which they grow or could grow, but also materials , plants, seeds, soil, surfaces or spaces that must be protected from the attack or infestation of organisms harmful to plants, with an effective amount of the formulations according to one or more of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the composition is applied with a UAV, UGV, PWM.
