Abstract

El uso de una composición para desespumar espumas no acuosas, para la prevención de la formación de espuma y/o para la desgasificación de diversas alimentaciones, donde dicha espuma no acuosa comprende una fase no acuosa y a gas, y donde dicha composición comprende por lo menos: i) un surfactante no iónico, donde dicho surfactante no iónico tiene una estructura molecular expuesta en la fórmula [1]: R¹-CH(R²)-CH₂-O-(A’O)ₘ(A’’O)ₙ-H [1] en la cual R¹ es un grupo alquilo que contiene de 5 a 16 átomos de carbono, R² es un grupo alquilo que contiene de 5 a 16 átomos de carbono, A’O es un grupo etoxi (EO) o un grupo propoxi (PO), A’’O es un grupo etoxi (EO) o un grupo propoxi (PO), m = 0 - 10, n = 20 - 150 y ii) un solvente.
