Abstract

La presente se refiere a un cierre del recipiente (11) que presenta un elemento vertedor (13) que continúa en un cuerpo de recipiente o puede fijarse en un cuerpo del recipiente, al menos una rosca exterior (17) conformada en el elemento vertedor (13) y una tapa de cierre (15) para cerrar una abertura de vertido (19) prevista dentro del elemento vertedor (13). La tapa de cierre (15) presenta una parte roscada cilíndrica (27) con un borde abierto (29) y una rosca interior que actúa conjuntamente con la rosca exterior (17) del elemento vertedor (13). Además, la tapa de cierre (15) presenta una banda de garantía (31) que está unida con una pluralidad de puentes de rotura nominal (33) con el borde abierto (29) de la parte roscada (27), pudiendo indicarse la primera apertura del cierre del recipiente (11) por medio de la rotura de los puentes de rotura nominal (33). La banda de garantía (31) presenta un primero y un segundo extremo (35, 37), siendo que el primer extremo (35) está unido firmemente con el borde abierto (29) de la parte roscada y el segundo extremo (37) puede conectarse con el elemento vertedor (13).
