Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Una composición que comprende: (a) un herbicida de carboxilato de piridina definido por la fórmula (1) en donde: R¹ es cianometilo o propargilo; R² y R²’ son independientemente hidrógeno, alquilo C₁₋₆, formilo, alcoxicarbonilo, o acilo; R³, R³’, R³’’ y R³’’’ son independientemente hidrógeno, halógeno, alquilo C₁₋₄, haloalquilo C₁₋₄, alcoxi C₁₋₃ o haloalcoxi C₁₋₃; o un N-óxido, sal o éster agrícolamente aceptables de este; y (b) un herbicida de auxina sintética, un inhibidor del transporte de auxina, sales o ésteres agrícolamente aceptables de estos, o combinaciones de estos. Reivindicación 2: La composición de la reivindicación 1, en donde el compuesto de herbicida de carboxilato de piridina es 4-amino-3-cloro-5-fluoro-6-(7-fluoro-1H-indol-6-il)piridina-2-carboxilato de cianometilo de fórmula (2). Reivindicación 3: La composición de la reivindicación 1, en donde el compuesto de herbicida de carboxilato de piridina es 4-amino-3-cloro-5-fluoro-6-(7-fluoro-1H-indol-6-il)piridina-2-carboxilato de propargilo de fórmula (3). Reivindicación 4: La composición de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 3, donde el herbicida de auxina sintética se selecciona del grupo que consiste en: 2,4-D; 2,4-DB; MCPA; MCPB; 2,3,6-TBA; aminociclopiraclor; aminopiralida; benazolina; clorambeno; clomeprop, clopiralida; dicamba; diclorprop; florpirauxifen; fluroxipir; halauxifen; mecoprop; piclorán; quinclorac; quinmerac; triclopir; sales y ésteres agrícolamente aceptables de estos; o combinaciones de estos. Reivindicación 5: La composición de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 3, en donde el inhibidor del transporte de auxina se selecciona del grupo que consiste en: clorflurenol; diflufenzopir; naptalam; ácido 2,3,5-triyodobenzoico; sales y ésteres agrícolamente aceptables de estos; y combinaciones de estos. Reivindicación 7: La composición de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 6, que comprende además un protector. Reivindicación 8: La composición de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 4, en donde el herbicida de auxina sintética se selecciona del grupo que consiste en halauxifen-metilo, florpirauxifen-bencilo y una combinación de estos. Reivindicación 9: La composición de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 8, que comprende además aplicar un pesticida adicional. Reivindicación 10: La composición de la reivindicación 9, en donde el pesticida adicional se selecciona dentro del grupo que consiste en bromoxinilo, florasulam, piroxsulam, sales agrícolamente aceptables de estos: y combinaciones de estos. Reivindicación 11: La composición de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 - 10, en donde la composición no incluye un ingrediente activo herbicida además de (a) y (b). Reivindicación 12: Un método para controlar vegetación no deseable que comprende aplicar a la vegetación o a un área adyacente a la vegetación o aplicar a la tierra o agua para limitar la emergencia o crecimiento de vegetación una composición que comprende: (a) un herbicida de carboxilato de piridina definido por la formula (1) en donde R¹ es cianometilo o propargilo; R² y R²’ son independientemente hidrógeno, alquilo C₁₋₆, formilo, alcoxicarbonilo, o acilo; R³, R³’, R³’’, y R³’’’ son independientemente hidrógeno, halógeno, alquilo C₁₋₄, haloalquilo C₁₋₄, alcoxi C₁₋₃ o haloalcoxi C₁₋₃; o un N-óxido, sal o éster agrícolamente aceptables de este; y (b) un herbicida de auxina sintética, un inhibidor del transporte de auxina, sales o ésteres agrícolamente aceptables de estos, o combinaciones de estos: en donde el herbicida de carboxilato de piridina se aplica en una cantidad de al menos 0,1 g ae/ha; y en donde el herbicida de auxina sintética se aplica en una cantidad de al menos 1 g ia/ha.
