La presente describe un método de obtención de una línea celular de mamífero que expresa una hormona gonadotrofina coriónica equina recombinante (reCG). También se describe una línea celular que expresa reCG, un método de producción a escala de reCG, una reCG con actividad biológica superior a PMSG, formulaciones que contienen reCG, ácidos nucleicos que codifican para reCG y usos.
