Abstract

La presente divulgación proporciona un proceso para formar un laminado. El proceso incluye (A) aplicar uniformemente un componente isocianato a un primer sustrato, el componente isocianato que contiene un compuesto de isocianato; (B) aplicar uniformemente un componente reactivo a isocianato a un segundo sustrato, el componente reactivo a isocianato que contiene un compuesto terminado en amina; (C) juntar el primer sustrato y el segundo sustrato, mezclando y haciendo reaccionar de esta manera el componente isocianato y el componente reactivo a isocianato para formar una composición adhesiva entre el primer sustrato y el segundo sustrato; (D) curar la composición adhesiva para unir el primer sustrato y el segundo sustrato; y (E) formar el laminado. Reivindicación 15: Un laminado que comprende: un primer sustrato; un segundo sustrato; una capa adhesiva sin solvente entre el primer sustrato y el segundo sustrato, la capa adhesiva sin solvente que comprende (A) un componente isocianato que comprende un prepolímero de isocianato; y (B) un componente reactivo a isocianato que comprende un compuesto terminado en amina.
