Abstract

Se describen composiciones y métodos referentes a levaduras modificadas que, además de CRZ1 nativa endógena, produce una activación transcripcional de CRZ1 modificada implicada en la vía de la respuesta al estrés de la calcineurina. Una levadura de este tipo es muy adecuada para su uso en la producción de alcohol para combustible con el fin de incrementar el rendimiento.
