Abstract

La presente se refiere a una aleación a base de silicio que comprende entre 45 y 95% en peso de Si; un máximo de 0,05% en peso de C; 0,4 - 30% en peso de Cr; 0,01 - 10% en peso de Al; 0,01 - 0,3% en peso de Ca; un máximo de 0,10% en peso de Ti; hasta 25% en peso de Mn; 0,005 - 0,07% en peso de P; 0,001 - 0,02% en peso de S; el balance de Fe e impurezas incidentales en la cantidad ordinaria, un método para la producción de dicha aleación y el uso de esta.
