Abstract

Un método para evaluar la interferencia entre pozos y/u optimizar la producción de hidrocarburos de un yacimiento mediante la obtención de datos DAS y DTS de baja frecuencia y datos de presión de un pozo de monitoreo, cuando tanto el pozo de monitoreo como el pozo de producción están cerrados, y luego abrir de forma variable el pozo de producción de pozo para la producción, y detectar las fluctuaciones de temperatura y presión que indican la interferencia entre pozos, y ubicar la interferencia a lo largo de la longitud del pozo basándose en los datos DAS de baja frecuencia. Esta información se puede utilizar para optimizar la colocación de los pozos, los planes de terminación, los planes de fracturamiento y, en última instancia, para optimizar la producción de un yacimiento dado. Un método para evaluar la interferencia entre pozos, que comprende: a) proporcionar un pozo de monitoreo fracturado hidráulicamente y un pozo de producción fracturado hidráulicamente, dicho pozo de monitoreo y dicho pozo de producción en una formación de hidrocarburos; b) proporcionar uno o más cables de fibra óptica a lo largo de dicho pozo de monitoreo, donde dicho uno o más cables de fibra óptica están configurados para detección acústica distribuida de baja frecuencia (“DAS”) de < 1 Hz y para detección de temperatura distribuida (“DTS”); c) cerrar ambos pozos hasta que la temperatura y la presión se equilibren y luego registrar los datos DAS y los datos DTS durante al menos 2 horas en dicho pozo de monitoreo; d) abrir dicho pozo de producción y producir hidrocarburos durante un período de tiempo y continuar registrando datos DAS y datos DTS durante dicho período de tiempo; e) analizar dichos datos DAS y dichos datos DTS y determinar si dicho pozo de monitoreo y dicho pozo de producción tienen interferencia basada en las fluctuaciones de temperatura detectadas en dichos datos DAS; y f) identificar uno o más lugares donde se producen interferencias basadas en lugares donde se detectan dichas fluctuaciones de temperatura.
