Abstract

El presente se refiere a un cierre dispensador que se puede unir a un recipiente para dispensar un medio que puede fluir desde dicho recipiente, que comprende un cuerpo de cierre que tiene un faldón exterior y un elemento dispensador que se une a dicho cuerpo de cierre y que es pivotable con relación a dicho cuerpo de cierre entre una posición cerrada y una posición dispensadora. El faldón exterior de dicho cuerpo de cierre tiene una orilla superior con una región hueca, y el cierre dispensador comprende una banda que evidencia uso indebido posicionada en dicha región hueca y que se une a dicha orilla superior vía por lo menos una conexión frágil, en donde dicha banda que evidencia uso indebido está posicionada en dicha región hueca que está posicionada por lo menos parcialmente entre dicha orilla superior y dicha porción de extensión de dicho elemento dispensador, de modo que el elemento dispensador no puede ser movido a su posición dispensadora, antes que sea retirada la banda que evidencia uso indebido.
