Abstract
La presente solicitud propone un turbogenerador hidroeléctrico (10) que comprende una carcasa externa (12) de forma tubular que a su vez comprende un extremo de entrada (122) y un extremo de salida (124), una carcasa del generador (14) que define un alojamiento con una región interna (Ri), tal que dicha carcasa del generador (14) se mantiene centrada en relación a la carcasa externa (12) con el auxilio de medios de soporte, de modo de establecer una región de pasaje (Rp) para el paso del agua desde el extremo de entrada (122) hasta el extremo de salida (124). El turbogenerador hidroeléctrica (10) comprende además un eje (20) acoplado a un generador (24, 24), en la región interna (Ri) de dicha carcasa del generador (14), y acoplado a una turbina (22), que comprende múltiples alabes (222), tal que dicho eje (20) está dispuesto en forma rotativa en relación a la carcasa del generador (14). De acuerdo con la solicitud, la región interna (Ri) de la carcasa del generador (14) está cargada con un liquido y la carcasa del generador (14) tiene al menos un filtro ecualizador (16) apto para permitir un intercambio de líquido entre la región de pasaje (Rp) y la región interna (Ri) de la carcasa del generador (14). Ventajosamente, el líquido presente en la región interna (Ri) de la carcasa del generador (14) realiza un enfriamiento en el generador (24, 24), lo que resulta ser de gran importancia para un mejor desempeño del generador (24, 24) y para el mantenimiento de la integridad de los componentes del turbogenerador hidroeléctrico (10).The present application proposes a hydroelectric turbogenerator (10) comprising an external housing (12) of tubular shape which in turn comprises an inlet end (122) and an outlet end (124), a generator housing (14) which defines a housing with an internal region (Ri), such that said generator housing (14) is kept centered in relation to the external housing (12) with the aid of support means, so as to establish a passage region (Rp ) for the passage of water from the inlet end (122) to the outlet end (124). The hydroelectric turbogenerator (10) further comprises an axis (20) coupled to a generator (24, 24), in the internal region (Ri) of said generator housing (14), and coupled to a turbine (22), comprising multiple vanes (222), such that said shaft (20) is rotatably arranged in relation to the generator housing (14). According to the request, the internal region (Ri) of the generator housing (14) is loaded with a liquid and the generator housing (14) has at least one equalizer filter (16) suitable to allow a liquid exchange between the passage region (Rp) and the internal region (Ri) of the generator housing (14). Advantageously, the liquid present in the internal region (Ri) of the generator housing (14) performs a cooling in the generator (24, 24), which turns out to be of great importance for a better generator performance (24, 24) and for the maintenance of the integrity of the components of the hydroelectric turbogenerator (10).
