Abstract
Se describe un sistema de carga de batería a batería que normalmente opera un proceso de carga rápida que comprende una fase de corriente constante seguida por una fase de tensión constante. Sin embargo cuando la primera batería, la cual se usa para cargar la segunda batería, ya no pueda proporcionar una tensión lo suficientemente alta para llevar a cabo el proceso de carga rápida, el proceso de carga se adapta para reducir la corriente de carga durante la fase de corriente constante y por lo tanto para mantener la tensión de la primera batería por encima de un umbral de tensión mínima. Esto permite que la primera batería cargue la segunda batería por al menos otro ciclo de carga aún cuando la carga rápida no pueda llevarse a cabo.
