Abstract

La presente se refiere a un procedimiento para producir una bobina preformada (44) para implementar en un paquete de chapas de estator (40) de un generador síncrono (1) de una instalación de energía eólica sin engranajes (100), que comprende las etapas de recorte de al menos una primera pista de conductores plana de una chapa con un primer tramo de pista de ranura (48) para incorporar en una primera ranura (42) del paquete de chapas (40), recorte de al menos una segunda pista de conductores plana de una chapa con un segundo tramo de pista de ranura para incorporar en una segunda ranura (42) del paquete de chapas (40) y plegado de la primera y/o de la segunda pista de conductores recortada, de modo tal que se produzca un tramo de cabeza de bobina (52) plegado, para unir el primer y el segundo tramo de pista de ranuras (48).
