Abstract
Cojinetes de empuje de fricción, en donde una superficie de trabajo de los mismos está hecha de grafito siliconado (u otro material antifricción con características similares) y se pueden utilizar en los montajes de maquinas eléctricas y máquinas hidráulicas que tienen cojinetes de empuje de un gran tamaño (con un diámetro de hasta 900 mm.), preferentemente motores eléctricos que impulsan un montaje de bombas principales de circulación (MCPA) de montajes de reactores, por ejemplo, en centrales nucleares. El cojinete de empuje de fricción comprende bandas de rodamiento intercaladas y ranuras sobre el costado que mira a un conjunto de sector. El cojinete de disco se proporciona con superficies de rodamiento, en donde anillos externos e internos que sujetan los sectores de material antifricción por medio de elementos elásticos se encuentran montados sobre las superficies de montaje. Los sectores se fijan para evitar que roten en relación con el cojinete de anillo por medio de barras intermedias dispuestas entre los sectores, en donde las barras se fijan insertando sus pasadores dentro de las aberturas en el cojinete de disco. Los sectores hechos de material antifricción están provistos de pasos para los anillos externos e internos, en donde las partes superiores de los sectores se proporcionan con redondeos y las partes inferiores de los sectores están provistas de ranuras para una fijación axial mutua. El borde de ataque de un sector tiene una forma aproximadamente como una curva parabólica. El enfriamiento y lubricación se llevan a cabo por medio de canales intercalados formados por las barras, los sectores, los anillos externos e internos.
