Abstract

El proceso para preparar un flujo de gasoil que comprende las etapas de: (i) mezclar un gasoil derivado de Fischer-Tropsch con un petróleo crudo nafténico de alta densidad para producir un petróleo crudo nafténico de alta densidad modificado, en donde el gasoil derivado de Fischer-Tropsch tiene una densidad de 0,8 g/cm³ o menos; (ii) someter el petróleo crudo nafténico de alta densidad modificado que se produjo en la etapa (i) a destilación atmosférica para producir una fracción de gasoil que tiene una densidad de 0,82 g/cm³ o más, y un índice de cetano de 46 o más. Se proporciona una forma para mejorar las propiedades de los flujos de gasoil derivado de crudos principalmente nafténicos mezclando el gasoil derivado de Fischer-Tropsch directamente con esos crudos en cualquier punto de la cadena antes de la etapa de destilación atmosférica.
